Service Owner (ITIL Banking) Contract Dublin
Service Owner (ITIL Banking) Contract Dublin 6 Months. My client a global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Service Owner to join them on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
Your Key Responsibilities: wil be to manage the end to End Service delivery, prioritisation of Work including Incidents, Service Requests, Change and Problem tickets, you will be responsible for Service Improvement Initiatives. You will be Responsible for Status updates to all stakeholders for weekly, Monthly and quarterly governance's and you Interact with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements. Candidates will get involved in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise.
Successful candidates will have good Knowledge of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Transition Desirable you will have experience in Service Transition and or at least 12+ years in production support. You will be able to demonstrate Experience working directly with customers. This is on site with a banking client so Banking experience with - Payments domain including Business Online, Electronic Funds Transfer and SEPA are desirable skills for this position.
