My Client is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader to be a part of their dynamic team. They provide highly customized end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions for their clients.Required Duties:
Over seeing productivity of team
Delivering high end logistical/ customer service solutions
Deliver presentations to Clients & Company
Maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer.
Drive a zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Desired Attribute:
Previous experience in a Team Leader role
Strong Logistical background
Excellent communication skills
Confident in delivering presentations
Excellent computer skills
