Adecco: Facilities Assistant / Maintenance Technician Location:Dublin
Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to work as part of a Technical / Maintenance team on behalf of our client based in Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Trades qualification in Mechanical, Electrician or Plumbing Trade with experience in A/C systems.
Main Duties will include:
*Carry out the preventive maintenance program
*Familiar with environmental issues, ie: disposal of lights, batteries etc
*Control of contractors and acting as liaison person as and when required
*Experience with both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance
*Strong communication / interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of a team
*Facilities upkeep duties
*Liaising with security contractors and cleaning contractors
Successful candidate must be flexible to work shift patterns to include 10am- 7pm and 11am - 8pm.
