We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Italian speaking Digital Account Manager to join our global IT client.
As a Digital Account Manager, you'll manage relationships with clients, which means you need to be a proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and business-focused to help expand the client relationship. Additionally, you will be an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide excellent client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
Provide campaign updates and ensure that our partners are satisfied with their business growth.
Manage ongoing customer training in all tools.
Take responsibility for the management of clients.
Report on business figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your assigned vertical.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience managing and optimizing AdWords campaigns.
Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
Strong knowledge of the search industry
Ability to deliver results under pressure.
Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Italian
