We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Communications Administrator based in Dublin City.
*Monitor and record media coverage.
*Update media databases and conduct desk research.
*Attend meetings and draft minutes / reports.
*Research, draft and update communications materials e.g. staff newsletter / branded materials.
*Update / upload SharePoint libraries and documents as required.
*Provide admin and internal and external communications support to the communications team.
*Manage social media platforms, including providing social media support at external events.
*Monitor and report on social media activity.
*Assist the communications team with the development of the website, including assisting with compiling of new content and content migration.
*Support ongoing maintenance of the website.
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Previous experience, either in a PR agency or in-house role, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint portals
*Experience managing digital media accounts / updating internal or external websites
*A high level of computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Products, CRM, SharePoint, Relevant Third Level PR / Communications qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma), or equivalent is desirable. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
