Call Center Agent
Relatively PC/software savvy, but do not need to be very technical.
Relatively good self starter - do not need to be very driven but will be expected to look after themselves to a certain degree.
Friendly phone manner - will be expected to make and answer calls to book and re-book appointments.
Ability to deal with difficult situations.
Hospitality / Customer Service back ground desire but not a necessity.
Flexibility - Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday-Friday.
All candidates must be available immediately.
