Key Account Executive
1. Key Account Support
Completion of customer administration - proposals, monitoring of key metrics, system set-up, provision of product information, presentations etc.
Establish close working business relationships with appropriate contacts in the accounts ensuring a 'right first time' mentality of supplier service.
Maintain system pricing and all promotional pricing
Promotional Managements including sales promotions recording, feedback and evaluation
Maintenance of internal systems
Continuous and relentless focus on the root causes of non-distribution and non-availability and the ambition to achieve 100% at account level.
Establish close working business relationships with Principles & Customers alike.
Work with Field Sales Managers to ensure the effective communication to the sales teams on all activity.
2. Marketing & Adhoc Functions
Work with BM as Marketing support for Digital/Trade activity
Co-ordinating Trade Exhibitions
Pricing for all sales teams & customer services team is updated monthly.
Customer Costcard monitoring - Ensuring all pricing is correct & taking action where needed
Customer Portal Maintenance
3. Stock Management
Management of sales forecasts
Monitoring service level
Review of stocks on a weekly basis with demand planner
Candidates must be able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multi-task, along with an acute awareness of the need for accuracy. They must have strong organisational/time management skills and numeric skills along with an ability to analyse data for report generation.
Strong IT skills are essential in particular Power Point, Excel & Word packages.
The person must also be creative and be able to work well within a team and must also be eager to succeed in a fast paced working environment and a team player who will use their initiative and go over and above the level required of him/her at every opportunity.
