Afternoon Soft Facilites / Reception
Facilities Assistant in Dublin 2
*To receive and welcome all high profile visitors to second floor office.
*To ensure that telephones are answered in a professional and timely manner.
*To issue security passes to visitors.
*To process in-coming mail and couriers.
*To co-ordinate meeting room bookings
*To monitor cleaning and general office conditions.
*Be familiar with SharePoint.
*To log all job requests through the internal help desk.
*Submission of Monthly KPI reports
*Car Park Management
*Stationary Provision and ordering
*PO processing and invoice account management for suppliers
*Support and assistance with ISO14001
A candidate must have:
*At least 2 years experience of working as a receptionist / administrator in a corporate environment.
*Excellent communication skills;
*Fluent in English Language, both written and oral;
*Neat business dress;
*Ability to work in a team environment;
Desirable qualities would be
*Experience of working in a Facilities Management
*IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health, Safety and Environment qualification.
