Account Manager- Buyer
The position will involve the responsibility of ensuring stock in ordered and replenished within strict deadlines. Working on an ERP system, the candidate will ensure orders are processed correctly and in time in line with requirements whilst also running regular reports to analyse stock levels and performance against KPI's
You will work closely with finance teams to ensure clear and concise communication of stock orders through to delivery times.
Providing pricing and quotations within given timeline
Relationship building with external suppliers and partners to maintain successful working relations
Manage inventory and stock management systems
Monitor performance and budgets against set targets
Continuous improvement- Review existing practices regularly and implement any cost saving changes
The successful candidate will posess;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Previous ERP systems experience
Experience in buying/ purchasing
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
