User Experience and Conversion Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced User Experience and Conversion Specialist to join our global IT client in Dublin.
The Performance team is an customer-facing team who accelerate performance of complex and/or emerging solutions in media and measurement. You will work with Large Customer Sales (LCS), Account Managers/Specialists, Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Technical Services and Operational Efficiency teams to incubate new products, opportunities and betas, build proof points and best practices, and help determine the best way to scale into the teams.
You will develop critical skills for the success of online businesses. You will identify areas for improvements on customer's websites/apps and help them deploy these improvements. You will also play a key role in scaling this expertise out of specialist teams.
Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide excellent client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
-Experience working in cross-functional teams.
-Experience in UX/CRO, A/B Testing.
-Experience with HTML, CSS, AMP, PWA.
-Experience as an Account Manager, Account Strategist, or Product Specialist.
-Experience with mobile User Experience (UX) and website/app conversions.
-Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Consult with our client's biggest customers to provide data driven UX recommendations to improve the performance of their website/app.
-Consult with internal account management teams and customers to track the progress and impact.
-Scale learnings from specialist teams.
-Travel up to 20% of the time.
