Reporting to the Wholesale Convenience Field Sales Manager, The Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales and profit, raising the awareness and heightening the profile of the company brands within a given territory, by the achievement and delivery against specified targets. This is a field based position.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximising distribution and exposure of all company and associated products to drive
sales, profit and distribution levels within specified outlets as detailed on your journey
Build and maintain effective relationships ensuring optimum commercial models are in
place to deliver on targets;
Drive exceptionally high availability levels, address range gaps, execute on agreed
promotional displays and resolve any issues;
To understand and identify the ongoing needs of the customer;
To maintain high standards at all times;
To follow the agreed call sequence and period activity brief;
Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets;
To prioritise tasks, plan and organise time effectively;
To generate new ideas and ways of working utilising market trends and data;
To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers and
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively;
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager;
Key Competencies
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Full clean driving licence
A proven track record in overachieving on set targets and budgets
Strong commercial acumen, analytical and numerical skills
Technology Aware
Must show a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Must have excellent communication skills
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
