We have an exciting new opportunity for a Food and Bar Manager in the Midleton area. This will involve liaising with the bar and restaurant team leaders and coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Management of a team between 2-10 depending on season across 3 different bars
Ensuring customer excellence is delivered at all times
The creation and development of menus, cocktails and tastings
Ensuring a close relationship with the general manger to develop products and packages
Liaising with kitchen and restaurant to manage day-to-day food operation
Reinforce bar offerings and drive brand advocacy to increase sales
Oversee all management and stock control of bar and food stock
Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures

Ideal candidate:
Over 3 year's experience
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Leadership qualities
Ability to work on their own initiative effectively
Experience in the EPOS system

Typical Working hours: Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 19.00
