*Provides co-ordination and support to the operations team to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including H&S reporting, filing.
*Support the finance team in relation to raising Purchase Orders for suppliers to perform task/works.
*Contacting Sub Contractors to request quotations for materials, documentation in line with service delivery and adhoc requests in line with business needs.
*Assist the management team in all aspects of document retention and filing as per contractual requirements.
*Assist the management team in scheduling staff training and maintaining all records
*Deal with all Sub Contractor/ Supplier queries - Ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner
*Process and file staff time sheets and other relevant documentation.
*Ability to build strong relationships with existing team members, the client base, suppliers.
*Assist in the management and updating of on site asset management systems
*Achieve results within quality & time restraints
