We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a receptionist based in South Dublin.
*Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
*Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.
*Directs visitors towards employee and department
*Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Proven working experience in similar roles
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
*Solid communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
*Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
