Salary:€35,000 - €37,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Banking Administrator based in Dublin City Centre.
*Preparation of weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
*Review and posting of bank items on various property management systems
*Setting up weekly banking payments on various banking profiles
*Calculation and review of weekly client rent transfers
*Set up of weekly manual supplier payments
*Liaising with a number of banks on various matters
*Adhoc banking administration
*Reconciliation of company debit and credit card accounts
*Other adhoc projects or duties assigned by the client reporting manager
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
*Proven experience in dealing effectively with multiple banking systems
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail
*A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Previous experience in property management or banking would be a distinct advantage
