The management of services and processes that support the business. They will ensure that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees, agency employees and contractors.
Focusing on implementing and maintaining best business practices to improve and maintain efficiency, ensure all quality, service and cost target are met or exceeded.
The management of a site facilities team including the development and performance management reviews of the teams to deliver business objectives
In general, the duties will include the following:
˃Effective people management and allocation of resources
˃Management and implementation of strategic engineering objectives, goals and targets
˃Maintain appropriate records in line with GMP requirements
˃Review facility open work orders to ensure equipment operates and is maintained in an efficient manner
˃Oversee fault finding and repairs to facilities broken down equipment, contact and coordinate service engineers where external assistance is required
˃Management of all facilities and client procedures and ensure process owners
˃Ensure the adherence to EHS procedures at all times
˃Meet all continuous improvement, quality and legislative requirement
The successful candidate will have the following:
˃Third level qualification in engineering
˃Demonstrable experience in a facilities or maintenance role
˃Strong technical ability and attention to detail
˃Excellent problem solving and communication skills
