Role: Project Manager (Marketing)
Location: Dublin

We are looking for a Project Manager (Marketing) to join the Product Marketing team supporting product and marketing strategy activation.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking the project plan and activating it successfully through the EMEA region. The role will involve responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.

You excel at cross team collaboration, work well with ambiguity, and have a history of solving tough problems in complex environments; as well as demonstrating leadership, influence, and impact skills. Your strong business insight and deep analytical thinking will contribute to your success.

-Work with cross-functional partners (regionally & globally) to assess support requirements for new product launches from positioning & messaging, to GTM strategy, to launch-day execution.
-Proactively identify opportunities to develop scalable activities and initiatives for internal sales stakeholders and customers
-Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process and product improvements
-Build cross-functional consensus for launch improvements and partner effectively with other teams in EMEA and United States
-Communicate key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior Marketing leaders
-Extract, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall support experience and measure results
-Coordinate customer meetings and validations sessions, including timetabling and feedback collection.

-Experience in project management
-BA/BS degree in business, marketing field or equivalent work experience
-Project management qualification advantageous (PRINCE2, PMP)
-Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs
-Marketing strategy skills.
-Ability to understand customer needs/perceived value, drive customer value creation, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth in the region.
-Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration and analytical skills
-Strong cross-functional aptitude and experience collaborating with stakeholders
-Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
-Ability to translate user feedback into tool/solution requirements
-Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Commitment: Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
