We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to manage all Facilities Contracts and contractors, and maintain review process for contracts such as Site security, waste management, janitorial cleaning, sprinkler systems, Plant alarm systems, CCTV, Thermographic, PATS testing, Di Water plants, Vibration analysis, Environmental, WWTP, pest control, Cleanroom balancing, requalification and DOP testing, HVAC, Electricity, and Gas.

Responsibilities will include:
˃Supporting EHS projects, regulatory requirements and objectives
˃Ensuring site compliance including updating of drawings across various sites and ensuring drawings are reflective of actual installation completed
˃Ensure that all project engineering work is carried out in accordance with the appropriate Statutory and Company Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations and Policies
˃Contribute to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement.
˃Maintain the workshop and maintenance stores areas
˃Manage installations, commissioning and validation of equipment as and when required
˃Ensure that project work is completed with minimal disruption and is fully integrated into the operational areas including procedures, training, etc
˃Adherence to health, safety and environmental best practice in each project
˃Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to budget, meet the client quality standards and have the required functionality
˃Establish and manage quality measures and procedures in conjunction with the Company to enable two-way communication, ensuring feedback and continuous improvement is achieved
˃Manage Facilities budget, and ensure compliance with financial forecasting process
˃Any other duties that may arise

The successful candidate will have the following:
˃Third level qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent
˃Demonstrable experience in an engineering environment
˃Strong technical ability and attention to detail
