Duties will include:
˃Taking a high volume of high quality inbound/outbound calls to new business prospects and existing customers in order to uncover their needs and sell appropriate services and products.
˃Deal promptly with enquiries from new business prospects and existing customers to maximise sales revenue and company profit.
˃Maintain excellent knowledge of all company products and service being able to fully explain and demonstrate the product when necessary.
˃Keep up to date with competitor products and services along with any development within the industry.
˃Any other adhoc duties required from Team Leader, Sales Manager or Company Directors.
The successful candidate will have the following:
˃Ability to plan and prioritise workload and ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
˃A highly motivated and ambitious personality.
˃Confidence in using up to date technology and familiar with using CRM systems and Microsoft office.
˃Previous successful telesales / customer service / account management experience and have an understanding of sales processes.
