We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an administrator based in Monaghan.
*Provide information administrative back up and support to all aspects of the Directorate
*Implement and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems
*Data entry, maintenance and data quality checking
*Prepare papers/information for meetings as required
*Assist in the identification and reporting of issues of risk
*Provide support to both internal and external users of ICT systems to increase user adoption throughout
*Develop and maintain operational user guidance support documentation and procedures
*Co-ordinate the efficient and effective dissemination of information and guidelines
*Assist with organisation of seminars, conferences and training sessions
*Highlight any issues that may arise which could feed into the development of training
*Deal with and responding to internal/external queries and information requests
*Develop/maintain effective information systems for inter and intra Directorate communication
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Strong organisational skills
*Administration work experience
*Computer literacy particularly in CRM systems, SharePoint and MS packages e.g. Excel, WORD and Outlook
*An understanding of the operation of databases
