We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Cleaning Manager.
The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for staff rostering. Performance management. Responsible for the auditing of both employees and sites for standards compliance. This candidate will need to demonstrate evidence of the ability to find and predict problems and issues before the client does.
Other requirements and responsibilities:
*Excellent computer skills
*Full clean driving license
*Experience in rostering staff
*Supply and maintain stock levels
*Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used in the correct standard.
*Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained ·
*Ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
*Implement work schedules
*Audit that work was carried out to required standards
*Experience managing people to improve their performance
