Contractor Exchange Lead Dublin (contract) 12 months. My client a leading name in their respected global industry is in need of a talented and experience internal recruitment lead to join them on contract basis.
The Ireland Cx Lead will play an important role in developing and maintaining a rich contractor experience in all relevant business areas while providing business stakeholders with oversight and support with their respective contractor populations. The Ireland Cx Lead will be the liaison between the Contractor Exchange (Cx) team, you will work with the recruitment lead Leads / contractor coordinators and Corporate Function Leads (especially Legal, HR and Procurement) to manage our contractor population. The Ireland Cx Lead will ensure the Cx processes for finding, enabling, managing and exiting contractors is executed and carried out in accordance with my client Policies and Operational best practices. As the Cx Lead for Ireland, will be accountable to ensure initiatives and programs are incorporated into the local Cx processes.
Main responsibilities will be to Monitor and allocate team resources and activities to meet all client service requirements and fluctuations in client demand . You will Lead client and supplier meetings and proactively build strong working relationships. You will Encourage non-compliant hiring managers to use compliant recruitment channels. You will Provide high quality service to the client ensuring that contractual and SLA obligations are met for work within scope of role. You will Create reports on activities, opportunities and results within category including internal and supplier SLA reporting and client reporting as required. Monitor the standard reporting from the CX support team in Bangalore and correct if required. You will Coordinate with DTE contractor coordinators, Employment Agencies, internal CX team, Legal and Leadership to ensure Contractor Employee Relations issues are managed in a timely and effective manner.
