Role & Responsibilities:
*Managing the diaries of all sales agents to include booking viewing appointments for our sales agents and liaising with tenants and vendors on same.
*Managing the telephone switch, transferring calls to appropriate people and dealing with general property sales & lettings queries.
*Responding to email queries relating to sales on a daily basis.
*Preparing viewing packs for all viewings to include brochures & keys.
*Greeting customers to office reception and dealing with their queries.
*Maintenance and advertising on our online property advertising websites.
*Updating CRM system as required.
*Assisting agents with sales administration.
*Assisting the team with other administrative duties.
*Maintaining reception area and updating windows with brochures as required.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must be confident in dealing with the public and with handling queries.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
*Ability to work on one's own initiative with strong multitasking abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and to adhere to strict deadlines.
*Strong team player
*Strong customer service focus.
Previous diary management is essential.
