We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Programmes and Policy Administrator based in Dublin 2.

Main duties:

*Help to produce documents which could include guidance and training materials, summary reports and contributing to monitoring reports
*Contribute to delivering specific projects e.g. personal progression tool, and branding material
*Attend meetings and events and provide updates as required
*May be required to attend and deliver training sessions
*Work with colleagues within the unit/the Programmes Directorate and across directorates to ensure a joined-up approach
*Ability to quickly understand and synthesise complex ideas and present these in a simple manner
*Review and assess data and identify trends
*Proof reading and copy edit/review documentation for common sense checks and accuracy
*Read and summarise reports and policy documents
*Draft content for the website
*Help to develop companywide briefing papers and reports, applying attention to detail
*Help to draft and manage emails to stakeholders
*Report back to manager with regular updates
*Assist with event management and arranging meetings, including minute taking
*Work closely with Community Supports and Services Directorate staff
*Develop and maintain effective administrative and information systems e.g. logs/SharePoint pages

Required Experience and Personal Attributes:

*This role would ideally suit somebody with a background in research, reading lengthy policy documents and reports, writing and doing analytical work and also practical project implementation
*Administration experience and strong organisational skills
*Producing and/or reviewing written documents for varied audiences
*Working on projects and taking responsibility for certain elements
*Having a pro-active and flexible approach
*Proficient in common ICT packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint
*Ability to understand, interrogate and present data
