*Meeting & greeting clients in a professional manner
*Make/receive telephone calls as appropriate
*Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and templates
*Processing precedent legal documents for review
*Managing files, including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving
*Assist with ad-hoc duties depending on needs
*Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
*Help maintain a clean office and clear desk
*Handle confidential information in line with current GDPR guidelines
The ideal candidate must be available to start asap, and have at least 1 year's experience. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are a must.
