Back Office Admin - Dutch
Managing a claim portfolio efficiently and proactively in line with client specific requirements and service level agreements
Settle/decline claims, communicate with customers and insurer clients over the telephone, email and in writing.
Liaising with third parties and managing B2B relationships via phone and email
Fluency in Dutch
Experience in a similar role such health insurance
Demonstrable communication and organisation skills
