We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator based in Dublin City Centre.
*Provide customer support including responding and resolving online support tickets in relation to the following:
oCCS/P/CCSU/ TEC rules & programme information
oRegistration processing queries
oFinancial queries relating to contract value, registrations, payments
oContractual obligations including fees lists, service calendars and reporting.
*Provide a key point of contact for early year's services ensuring good quality customer care and a solution-focused manner liaising internally/externally to resolve issues as they arise.
*Highlight/escalate issues that cannot be resolved or that require management/DCYA attention
*Provide support to internal/external users of Pobal ICT systems to increase user adoption
*Provide administrative back up & support to all aspects of the Directorate
*Implement and maintain efficient & effective administrative systems
*Prepare papers/information for meetings e.g. Directorate, Pobal Board, and Sub Committees
*Assist in the identification and reporting of issues of risk
*Maintain and update systems; run reports
*Issue periodic reporting templates to beneficiaries and ensure
*receipt and follow up as appropriate
*Ensure financial/non-financial data is correct and support beneficiaries in
*meeting monitoring requirements
*Monitor data (financial, impact, payroll etc.) submitted and notify errors or omissions to appropriate team members
*Check the performance of service delivery targets as reported and notify results, in particular significant variances.
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Administration work experience/knowledge
*Strong organisational skills
*Computer literacy particularly MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
*An understanding of the operation of databases
