Sales Order Processing
*Processing orders, ensuring pricing and requested delivery dates and addresses are
*Providing accurate information about stock availability, delivery information and general
*Maintaining up to date product knowledge to be able to proactively provide information on
alternative products when required
*Fulfilling everyday administrative duties associated with role and department
*Representing the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Has a professional telephone manner
*Has strong IT skills
*Thrives under pressure and quickly learns new skills
*Must be able to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of
seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments.
*Has experience in a sales order processing or call centre role.
