Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategy
Planning all Supply Chain activities
Deliver the strategy on time and in budget.
Responsible for warehouse management within the sites and any satellite stores
Develop Best in Class Function
Production planning, production scheduling, material call off and dispatching process
Executed accurately and timely against production plans and schedules and in line with pare-defined Group Purchasing contracts
Maintain open communication channels and act as key link for central purchasing and central supply chain for information on volumes, issue resolution.
Relevant Experience of managing a logistics and planning team.
Experience in a consumer goods market.
RD Level Qualification in a Supply Chain discipline
Multi Supply Chain experience
Experience in Change Management
Highly Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
Must have a high level knowledge/experience in working with ERP based systems, Warehouse Management Systems etc
Focused on strategic direction within the business and within the wider SC arena at all times
SAP experience would be an advantage.
Ability to solve problems using 8 Step Practical Problem Solving.
Strong self-discipline and a structured approach to improvements. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
