An exciting and busy role as opened up in a Dublin based company.The successful candidate will undertake the Operations scheduler process within the company, ensuring that agreed service levels are achieve for all our customers and Managing the customer's expectations through your ability to manage your drivers/helper's.
The Operations scheduler role works as a vital part of the Customer Service team to act as a support to the customer as they continue to choose the company for their waste Management needs. The operations scheduler has the continuous interaction with our Drivers/helpers to ensure the service loop is been closed correctly and efficiently.
Principal accountability's include:
*Answering internal and external e-mails with urgency.
*Dealing with customer service agents and customers queries, resolving issues by
taking ownership off all queries.
*Liaising with other department to complete the service loop correctly, in a timely
and consistent manner.
*Continuous interval over the phone Driver debriefing
*Answering and Rectifying all Driver queries
*Allocating all set calls
*Actioning J'4 & J'5
*To be prepared to work in a flexible multi skilled environment
*Work as part of a team with a positive attitude
*Flexibility from your designated work patterns will be required
*Professional communication skills through e-mail or phone.
