PA/Admin Contract Limerick 6- 12 months. My client a global leading firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced PA (Administrator) to join them on a contact basis likely to be 6-12 months.

The PA (admin) roe will be split between 50% Personal Assistant and 50% HR Operations Admin. candidates will have around 3-4 years of commercial experience in a similar role. Ideally this would suit individual with good PA experience and looking to gain HR Admin experience also. You will perform a wide range of administrative and HR Operations support activities for the Human Resources department and/or managers. You will work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Candidates will works on problems where facts may be incomplete or in a form not readily usable, where further investigation is necessary to define problems and proceed.

PAs will receive screens and handles telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence, some of which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature. You will also make travel and lodging arrangements as required while monitoring vacations, schedules and calendars. You will also organises meetings and meeting logistics. You will be able to draft own responses based on knowledge of the organisation policy, procedures or particular situation. Successful candidates will be able to interacts and establish networking relationships with outside customers, high-level executives and administrative assistants in a professional manner. You will prepares memorandum, reports and other materials for staff and business meetings. You will may be required to also attend staff meetings, take and distribute minutes and follow up on action items

You may be required to provide work direction of other administrative assistants and performs other related duties as assigned within the HR function. Successful candidates will need to have PA experience, HR experience is desirable. If you don't have HR experience then they will be trained in it. This is a good opportunity for a PA that is looking to get into HR administration and HR space to develop your skill set.
