Customer Service Call Center Agent
*The contact centre agent is responsible for delivering day to day customer contact centre services.
*To deliver engaging customer service by answering calls/e-mails in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
*To proactively identify buy signals and convert prospects into customers.
*Delivering on a day to day basis of personal objectives to achieve team performance.
*Provide customers with information about the direct bank's investment and savings products and services.
*Convert prospects into customers by recognising buy signals.
*Participate in outbound sales campaign by following up on leads generated.
*Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
*Handle administrative processing of account applications and follow up activities.
*Ensure a prompt and accurate processing of account applications and follow up activities that arise from customer contacts and/or direct marketing campaigns.
*Experience of working in a financial/sales/customer service function would be an advantage.
*Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal.
*Proven track record of team work
*Extremely thorough and detail orientated.
*Excellent problem-solving skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills are required along with a positive and professional attitude to tasks allocated.
*Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to empathise with customers.
