Contract HR Administrator
*To maintain the HR case management tool (employee/manager quires).
*Maintenance of employee records.
*Administration of leave types. e.g. Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, Adoptive Leave, Paternity Leave, Parental Leave & Unpaid Leave.
*Administration of A1 / Certificate of Retention applications.
*Administration of our Reward & Recognition Programme & Bike Scheme.
*Maintenance of HR Work Instructions.
Knowledge, skills & attributes required:
*Basic knowledge of employment law
*MS Productivity based tools essential (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
*Personable and effective communicator (verbal & written)
*A high attention to detail, organised with an ability to work independently
*Prior office administration experience would be an advantage
