This is a busy, customer-orientated environment where your duties will include:
*Providing a friendly professional support to all our customers, including query handling, via phone, email, post and Live Chat as well as some order processing and related administration
*Dealing with customer issues to provide product and service information and to rectify any issues
*Identifying customer needs effectively in order to meet customer expectations and be an advocate for continuous service improvement
*Ensuring that all assigned escalations are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
*Administrative support for the corporate sales team
*Delivering all agreed KPI's for turnaround times, call handling and quality metrics
*Liaising with our retail partners to promptly resolve any queries
*Logging all customer interactions on BXP (CRM tool)
*Undertaking any other duties that may be required
The work involves handling financial transactions and sensitive data and will require a high level of security and compliance with all financial and data protection regulations
The position reports to the Quality Supervisor.
The ideal person will be:
*Passionate and have excellent skills in Customer
*Fluent written and spoken English
*Flexible with a Customer service focus and have excellent attention to detail
*A good communicator - with an excellent telephone manner and professional attitude
*A team player who can also work independently.
*Willing to learn and work in a fast paced environment
*A problem solver with initiative
*Able to work calmly under pressure
*Punctual and reliable
*Have a pleasant and cooperative attitude with a strong and confident approach
*Organised and be able to meet deadlines
*Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and the Internet.
*Keen to continuously improve skills and add value to the team.
At least one year's experience in a similar role will be a requirement.
