Main duties will include:
*Preparation & implementation of marketing strategy to drive performance of company owned brands.
*Working in conjunction with brand partners and colleagues in commercial team to implement marketing strategy and activity for distributed brands.
*Management of a marketing budget.
*Marketing activities undertaken will include - traditional media (TV/Radio/Print/Outdoor), Digital Media (Paid Search, Display, Social), PR, Sponsorship, Events, In Store POS material etc.
*Management of company/brand websites and social media channels.
*Post campaign evaluation and analysis for all activities undertaken.
*Working with Business Development Manager to create brand presence at relevant events including recruitment of casual/agency staffing, blitz sales teams, pop-up shops etc.
*Working alongside Commercial Manager to identify new opportunities for brand development of company owned brands including new product introductions, packaging improvements, new product formats etc.
*Brand representation at customer meetings.
*Creation of category management and in store display solutions to increase brand presence at point of purchase.
A degree in marketing/business would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
*2 years in fast paced, marketing environment.
*Demonstrable experience in managing return on investment for a marketing budget.
*High levels of creativity in approach to brand activation.
*Social Media & Digital Marketing experience.
*Experience of working with external agencies (design, media buying, PR, contract staffing etc.)
