Business Development Executive
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Development Executive based in Dublin 2.
*To deliver against allocated sales target
*To develop, maintain and build relationships with clients.
*To develop an understanding of the market challenges and use this knowledge to identify opportunities across Ireland.
*Partnering with colleagues both from EMEA and the solutions perspective to meet the needs of the client.
*Consistently strive for sales effectiveness
*To demonstrate added value to your clients on an ongoing basis
*To work closely with colleagues to resolve client queries promptly.
*To provide accurate forecasting and financial information.
*To be accountable for all activity in relation to the Client portfolio that you manage
*Proactively prospect for new business by developing a sales strategy to convert into new business opportunities.
Required Experience and Personal Attributes:
*Understanding of the Irish employment market
*Excellent track record of building sales in a professional services or consultative selling solutions business.
*Passionate about our business and our mission of making a difference.
*Evidence of a digital and curious mind-set.
*Evidence of strong deep relationships with a client base.
*Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to get the job done.
*Excellent at articulating solutions based on business need.
*Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

*Team player with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
*Ability to resolve issues quickly.
*Understanding of CRM systems
