*To ensure accurate ordering of product to support sales.
*Ensure that all product support documentation is received to support delivery.
*Work with the suppliers to ensure that product supply is effective.
*Assist in ensuring that set targets are met and exceeded
*Fostering good relationship with all suppliers.
*To interpret reports and data and utilize this information in re order scenarios.
*Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders on the new item and vendor creation process
*Maintain a tracking of all orders and contracts.
The successful candidate will have the following:
*A recognized Business Degree (FETAC level 8 or higher)
*Previous experience in a Replenishment position advantageous
*Excellent PC Skills and Systems Knowledge - Strong Excel skills are a requirement,
*Strong numerical and analytical skills required
*Strong organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Flexible, innovative and creative in their attitudes to all issues and areas of the business
*The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
*The successful candidate must also be an excellent team player and be willing to interact with both customers and suppliers
*Candidate must be willing to be flexible with their working hours
Required Minimum Education/Experience:
*Bachelor's Degree, and/or MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
*Experience managing large scale projects required.
Certifications and/or Technical Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Ability to speak other languages is advantageous.
Travel:Some travel maybe required.
