EMEA HR Representative - Limerick Contract
EMEA HR Representative - Limerick Contract 6-9 Months. My client a global name in their industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced EMEA HR Representative to join them on a contract basis for 6-9 months.
The EMEA Representative - Shared Services (HR Site Operations) Intern will provide HR admin support to UK and Ireland employees including on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, payroll administration, benefits support and time & attendance. PA responsibilities such as calendar management and scheduling travel for a HR VP will project involvement will also form part of the role. The successful candidate will be based in their Limerick office.
You will provides resolutions to an assortment of HR related problems of moderately complex scope. Uses judgement within defined practices and procedures. Tasks are completed with accuracy and in an efficient manner, within SLAs. May work cross-functionally to resolve inquiry. You will provide additional areas of functional expertise may include team member Onboarding/Off-boarding and HR Program Support. You will updates relevant HR system(s) to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data entry. You will also ensure compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations, and audit requirements. Candidates will participate in process improvement initiatives for functional area of expertise. You will take ownership for records management for the entire client employee population in UK & Ireland. You will provide HR Admin support including employee letters, systems updates, employment certificates and visa support documentation.
You will have a minimum of 1+ years relevant experience, you must be able to work on own initiative, You will have strong experience in MS Office packages preferred. You will demonstrate Accountability, be Customer focused. show Responsiveness and have Attention to accuracy.
