*Manage the MD's diary, filter emails, highlighting urgent correspondence and printing attachments
*Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
*Schedule meetings on behalf of the MD and Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
*Attending meetings when required and minute taking
*Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD
*Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies and company wide emails, in a professional and articulate manner
*Working with the team on any general administration duties, Maintaining hard and soft copy filing system as well as the residential office in general
*A professional grasp of the English language is imperative for the role as Proof reading Documents will be required.
The successful candidate:
Will have 2-3 year's experience in a similar role. A 3rd level qualification is highly desirable but not necessary, experience working in a similar in an Industry background. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and negotiate, also work with a high degree of autonomy is essential, experience with Data Entry and Filing systems. A motivated individual with good team playing ability and a flexible approach is a must. Excellent IT skills to include, Outlook and MS office applications essential, a knowledge of Sage and GDPR is desirable. A professional grasp of the English language is imperative
