Seeking an Office Administrator for our client's active office based in Cork.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- General Administration office duties
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide high level of support to colleagues
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Data entry and database administration

Essential

- 2 to 3 years Administration experience
- Excellent PC skills with competency in Microsoft systems
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Pleasant and effective telephone skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Desirable

- Account handling
- Experience in CRM systems
