ob Description: The QEHS Consultant is responsible for the establishment, documentation, training and auditing of clients ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Health & Safety management system.



The main responsibilities for the QEHS role will include:

· Establishing and documenting QEHS management system documentation, including manual, safety statements, standard operating procedures, forms and process maps. You will be expected to draft and proof QEHS documentation, such that no errors are evident and few corrections are needed;

· The company will provide a document setting out key activities develop to ensure successful ISO Certification programme and activity log. You will be expected to do your utmost to comply with the requirements of that document;

· Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments;

· Delivering QEHS Training;

· Quality, Environmental and Safety inspections and audits;

· Environmental Aspect and Impact identification/environmental risk assessments;

· Updating client's register of Legal and other EHS requirements

· Completing Compliance Evaluations;

· Contribute to the development and improvement of systems of operation for Procedures and Practices;

· Ensure that the Operations Manager and Managing Director of are kept informed of all activities and key issues through regular emails/reports and contacts;

· Ensure that ISO Certification is achieved for clients within the agreed timeframe, to the agreed standard at the agreed price;

· You will be expected to perform work in a professional manner and complete assignments on time and record all activities in CRM system.

· Ensure that ISO Audits and client reviews are conducted in line with client requirements within the agreed timeframe, to the agreed standard at the agreed price;

· Contribute to the development and improvement of systems of operation for Procedures and Practices;

· Recording time - All hours are to be recorded on the companies time tracking system;

· Ensure that the Operations Manager is kept informed of all activities and key issues through regular reports and contacts;

· Any other reasonable duties that may arise from time to time;
