Client Job Description
To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely release and/or inbound or outbound movement of freight/cargo.
Compliance Information Record any additional client or legislative pre-employment screening requirements
Education and Experience include:
*Degree level is desirable
*+ 3 years Customer service background or experience
*+ 3 years Freight Forwarding experience in both air and ocean freight
Freight Forwarding Operations knowledge mandatory
