Business Operations Specialist Contract Dublin Contract 6-12 Months The Business Operations Specialist will play an important role in the day to day management of the CMT Europe OU. You will be working closely with my client leadership team, in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, this role will provide operational reporting support to the CMT Europe business to ensure requirements are met and goals achieved.

You will be required to support the business operations with monthly reporting across all dimensions of the business including ADRs, Won CCI, Backlog analysis and analytics of existing cost to serve metrics. You will create and update business reports supporting leadership team across strategic projects (monthly and quarterly). e.g. profitability, pricing, cost to serve, business development, cost management. You will Compile the materials and prepare presentations on State of the Business meetings, Other Leadership meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews with my client leadership Providing support to them including preparation of presentations, dealing with ad-hoc queries and issues as they arise. You will also help design and implement new/improved processes.

You will have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in business operations and/or finance type role; You will have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will have experience in reporting and presenting to management. You will have excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint with good knowledge of MS Office suite.
