The Document Controller will be responsible for co-ordinating the required documentation and certification to fulfil customer orders.
*Co-ordinating the document/ certification control process
*Issuing of all technical submittals and maintaining a tracking schedule for the submittals
*Reviewing vendor supplied documentation to ensure complies with the customer requirements
*Compiling final project handover documentation packs
*Resolve customer queries in relation to certification in an efficient manner to maximize the customers experience
*Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both suppliers and customers
*Maintain the incoming raw material register
*Any other administration duties as required
*We are seeking a dedicated, competent, enthusiastic candidate with a strong administration and customer service ethic
*Minimum 4 years previous Documentation or Administrative experience in a similar customer focused environment.
*The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills; flexibility and an ability to work in a busy, collaborative and dynamic team environment.
*Will be a team player while also welcoming the challenge of working on his/her own initiative.
*Experience of engineering products or similar associated technical equipment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
