Technical Support Engineer Limerick Contract 12 Months. My client a leading global brand is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Technical Support Engineer to be based out of their Limerick office.

You will be required to Install and support both hardware and software components for user group Performs preventive maintenance. You will test and repair of equipment Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues. You will engage users to determine their potential future business requirements Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction.

This position in Team Member Experience will support the onboarding of New Hires to my client in their Americas. Region. The role will involve direct customer engagement, issue resolution or the facilitation of resolution by engaging others, the analysis of issue triggers and elimination efforts through partnering with Engineering and Product Group. You will be Responsible for installation and maintenance of routine hardware/software systems and supporting large user groups Supports specific hardware/software applications. You will Assists in selection and evaluation of hardware and software Analysis basic business needs and recommends ways to optimise PC hardware resources in achieving business objectives Supports. You will maintain and install local area network server systems Impact is on multiple areas, functions or processes Responsible for multiple applications. You will works on assignments where judgement and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. You will also be responsible for installation and email. Responsible for installation and email. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgement Developing ability providing quality service to the user community and effectively manage their business needs. You will be developing troubleshooting skills Intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment Applies developing knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems, with knowledge of LAN server systems.
