Channel Operations Analyst
The Channel Operations Analyst, based at our Clients EMEA headquarters in Cork, will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative support to Networks EMEA channel organisation. This broad and varied role will interact with multiple key stakeholder groups, from end user sales, channel sales, IT, finance and marketing to drive sales efficiency and support sales enablement.
*Partner with Channel leadership, Channel Sales Team, Legal, Contracts, IT and other departments to ensure all operational aspects of channel partner life-cycle are achieved (Partner program membership, deal registration, partner portal access)
*Manage the EMEA partner program deal registration process (L1 deal registration approval, provide end to end support to partners on the process, participate in program changes and enhancements, create/maintain documentation, update deal registration approval matrices).
*Reporting & analytics relating to partner and channel activity from Salesforce.com and all relevant reporting sources
*Create and maintain documentation published to internal channel sales teams and also internal team process documentation
*Recommend ways to improve processes, internal tools, documentation and technology to enhance our clients Partner program and deal registration process and to make the daily work flow more efficient
*Create and utilise reports, metrics and dashboards to meet deliverables, measure progress and provide insight to the Channel Sales team and the Channel leadership team
*Serve as a go-to resource for operational processes to the internal channel sales team on a day-to-day basis
*1-3 years of professional experience, in an operational and or enablement capacity, preferably within a Channel orientated role
*Fluency in English required
*Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and analytical skills
*Advanced level skills in Salesforce.com, MS Excel and Outlook
