Reporting to the Quality Engineer, the successful candidate would be responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Facilitating the ECO (Engineering Change Orders) process to ensure that all relevant departments are informed of changes to material components, assemblies or documents such as processes and work instructions.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Setup new parts
Review and update technical documents
Check for accuracy and edit files
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
Filing structure organisation
Copy, scan and store documents
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Facilitate ECO process
Manage the flow of documentation within the organisation
Familiarity with project management
Data organisation skills
Attention to detail
Hands-on experience with ERP system and MS Excel
