French Customer Support


You will be responsible for handling inbound calls assisting customers with site navigation, processing orders and online order tracking.
You will also be responsible for handling delivery issues, refunds and light troubleshooting of website issues.
You will need to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database, notating accounts as required.
It will also be essential to maintain a broad knowledge of client products/services.


Fluent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
Leaving cert or High School education
Customer service experience preferred
Strong positive customer service orientated. Customer service skill and ability to adapt to customer situations, to include excellent listening skills, ability to empathize, analyze, and resolve customer issue, deescalate situation and taking ownership of customer satisfaction
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge (multiple screens and programs)
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
