As a Customer Service Representative, you will identify and understand customer needs, ensuring a positive outcome first time by delivering a market leading customer excellence.

Responsibilities:

Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide a consistently high-quality service and effectively cross-sell Company products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase their retention
Follow clear instructions and guidelines to investigate, resolve and process high volume customer enquiries to deliver customer value at first point of contact
Investigate and resolve routine customer complaints to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective service to the customer; escalate any queries or complaints to the relevant team to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service
Deliver customer outcomes that meet Company values and our commitment to treating customers fairly
Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate
Operate customer related information systems to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records.
Understand and adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures

Effective customer relationship skills
Ability to communicate with customers via different mediums including exemplary written and verbal communication
Confidence and credibility with the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
Remain composed and professional when dealing with challenging customers
Attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand without being distracted
Experience in Microsoft Office/CRM
