Conduct and review contract negotiations.
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
Act to strategically find new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Agree stretch targets and manage extensive rebate program.
Third level qualification in Business administration or Accountancy. (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Powerpoint.
Must be well organised and detail-oriented
Self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work on own initiative & also as part of a team.
Ability to collaborate across business units, time zones, countries and functional areas
Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity while driving to make decisions quickly
5 years of leading and managing high-performing teams .
Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives and major projects across the organisation.
